Space Planning
An evaluation of your facility for space, lighting, workflow, and budget. Individual assessments are also available to evaluate how adaptive a space is to an individual, taking into account reach range, lighting, storage, access, work processes, and ergonomics.

Initial consultation to determine scope of work is complimentary. After the scope of work is established the fee can be established at a negotiated flat rate or an hourly rate of $55/per hour.

Existing furnishings are inventoried, condition noted, and a determination made for disposal, re-cycle, or re-use.

Field measurements are taken and a plan is drafted using CAD computer aided design. Information from the needs assessment will be used to establish appropriate furnishings that will be placed into the plan. Drawings are created in both 2D and 3D for client review. Ensure plans comply with ADA regulations.

Fabric/Finish Selection & Accessories
Coordination of all fabrics and finishes for wall surfaces, flooring, cabinetry, with furniture fabrics/ finish and artwork selections. Full presentation boards include finish samples and if requested furniture images.

Furniture Order Placement
Able Spaces offers a wide variety of commercial furniture customized to your space, and your style.  Design services are available as stated above without a requirement for a furniture order. Furniture Order Services include order entry, proof acknowledgements, order tracking, and shipping. Additional services are available for delivery and installation, which includes coordination needed between other subcontractors.

Freight and installation service costs would be shown on any furniture proposals.

We offer furniture for offices, cubicles, medical offices, conference, training, hospitals, and patient areas.

Project Management
​Project management includes participation in construction meetings, coordination with other contractors and sub-contractors such as electrical and flooring suppliers.

Travel Expenses
Travel in excess of two hours of travel time is billed at cost plus $100/per day. Travel costs include transportation, and lodging. No hourly fee is charged for travel/transit time.

Product Specification & Budgeting
Establish budgetary figures for furnishings/finishes/fabrics with products specifications for bid documents. Products can be brand name specific or with our extensive knowledge base of the commercial furniture industry generic specifications are also available to allow for broader base of submittals.
